Soul Renewal Life Coach Retreat

Soul Renewal is a curated mini-retreat combined with a learning experience for Black women life coaches. 

Saturday, September 28, 2024, is day 1 of the experience. Life Coach Shereka Dunston of Black Life Coach Connection will lead the participants through a series of wellness activities that include mindful movement, vision journaling, self-reflection, guided meditation, intentional connection, and a catered lunch. Day 1 registration begins at 10 am, with the activities starting promptly at 10:30 am and ending by 3:30 pm. 

Sunday, September 29, 2024 is day 2 of the experience. Participants will attend learning sessions facilitated by their experienced host. Participants will learn how to curate their own self-care events. Day 2 registration begins at 10 am, with the activities starting promptly at 10:30 am and ending by 3:30 pm.

Lodging and transportation are not included in the $299 event registration. A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved for out of town retreat attendees in nearby Holly Springs, NC. Check-in is Friday, September 27, 2024, and checkout is Monday, September 30, 2024. 

Those working with limited mobility in their bodies (including and not limited to the use of a wheelchair, walker, crutch(es), cane or other aid to support their physical movement or balance) need to consider the following:

• The street and driveway are unpaved
• The grounds include uneven terrain, rocks and steps
• The bathroom requires a step up to get into it
• The indoor studio space is on the second floor of the cabin
• This building and property is pet friendly. For those with sensitive allergies, honor your needs and enhance your self-care accordingly.
• Dress in layers and for the weather, including outerwear, footwear, sun protection, and insect repellent. The bathroom is detached from the cabin; indoor events at the cabin require a few steps in the elements for use of the facilities, umbrellas available.
• A filtered hot / cold water station is available, use of your own personal bottles or mugs is appreciated.
